Ceylon Wedding is a private companion app for Roxy and Leam's June 2026 wedding in Galle, Sri Lanka. If you're a guest using the app and need help, you're in the right place.

Common questions

I signed in but I can't see the schedule, photos, or messages — only a few tools.

You're in preview mode, which means your email isn't matched to the wedding's guest list yet. Tap "Request access" on the home screen and a host will review your request. You'll get a push notification the moment you're approved.

I requested access but haven't heard back.

Approvals usually take a day or two. Make sure you've allowed push notifications for the app — that's how you'll be notified. If it's been longer than three days, email us below.

I signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email" option and my name looks weird.

Apple sometimes generates a placeholder name like "Grant Smith4" with a number on the end. The app prompts you to type your real name on first sign-in — you can also update your name later in your profile settings.

My photos are showing up in the wrong event section.

The app auto-tags photos by time and location. You can override the event tag when posting, or open a photo and adjust it from the photo detail screen.

How do I delete my data?
